The 3rd annual Charlotte Film Festival will take place September 25-28, 2008.  The festival will screen a total of 70 narrative, documentary and international features and short films from all around the globe; many of them world premieres. Attendees will also have access to film-related panel discussions as well as electrifying after parties.
